I'm addicted to exercise. I love going to the gym, but my absolute favorite is hiking in L.A., particularly Runyon Canyon. It's become my mental and physical salvation.

For me, exercise is more mental than physical. I crave it for my sanity. Not just the endorphins, but my energy, confidence, and relaxation are all motivated by it.

My 21st birthday was awesome. I was in L.A., and it was great. I had a bunch of friends that came out. The night ended up in a completely different direction than we thought it was going to go.

Acting is not just something I love but a part of who I am.

Thankfully, the love of those around me helped push me forward.

As an actor, you get to sort of bounce back and forth in terms of the age range you play and the life experience that your characters have.

I just need to make sure I don't get in my own way of a truthful and organic moment. Regardless of the research involved, at the end of the day, I have to show up, breathe, and listen.

I'm focusing on my efforts behind the camera. I'm doing some producing and directing so that I can make projects for all of the amazing, talented actors and crew that I know.

The girls in kindergarten would chase us boys around trying to kiss us. Im proud to say I was the first to stop running.

Your persona, talents, desires, etc. are intricately connected to your life’s purpose. The synchronicity of your persona, talents, desires, passions, dreams, etc. is not a coincidence.

The problem isn't a shortage of opportunities

If we didn't already have libraries, they would now have to be invented. They are the keys to American success in fully exploiting the information superhighways of the future.

Going to college and studying music is not a bad idea at all. I don't know if you can go to college and be taught heart.

My definition of confidence is how you feel about yourself, and not letting the external world define you.

My kingdom for a more embodied body

My neighborhood was a great neighborhood; it was filled with all sorts of ethnic groups and things. So I grew up thinking I was a human being.

We aren't bodies at all; who we are is the love inside us, and it is that love alone that determines our value. When our minds are filled with light, there is no room for darkness.

Politics should be limited in scope to ware, protection of property, and the occasional precautionary beheading of a member of the ruling class.

We in government should learn to look at our country with the eyes of the entrepreneur, seeing possibilities where others see only problems
