I've always practiced this: Love yourself. Move your body. Watch your portions.

There is no magic milkshake or workout machine. I think the real machine is your body. I do love treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, free weights.

Everyone in this world is somehow connected. So why not just be nice to everybody.

Perhaps the logical conclusion of everyone looking the same is everyone thinking the same.

You have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future.

At some point we must stop editing everyone else' story and start writing our own.

Maybe I'm lucky to be going so slowly, because I may be going in the wrong direction
