The greatest music is made for love, not for money.

I would like to involve myself in some black music. I would like to do some blues and some gospel music. I want to try stuff from other genres and try to widen my musical base.

When you play music with someone who has a heart rather than playing with someone who is just doing it for money or is cynical it makes all the difference.

Music is an emotional experience, and that is what imprints itself on the soul.

I think for me, any great art is art which communicates human emotion.

I don't think art is a goal orientated business. I don't do things for the challenges, I only do them because I love them, I'm not really a goal orientated, achiever type of person.

I feel with ELP that I wasn't making the most of my life and I wasn't making the most of my creativity. I was marking time. I don't want to do that. Life is to short.

To make art you need to be inspired.

Ask me, "Why would you travel on the difficult path?". Because, I trust God to walk me through the unknown journey.

I believe in a lively disrespect for most forms of authority.

As long as you smile, have sparkly eyes and stick your shoulders back, nobody's going to notice your bum or your waist or your feet, for that matter.

I'm not here to talk about bigotry in the sense that I don't know what's in Donald Trump's heart. I hope that it's a heart of compassion.

O, what nowadays does science not conceal! How much, at least, it is meant to conceal!

A mind that practices love cannot love.

Bread of Life? Jesus lived up to the title. But an unopened loaf does a person no good. Have you received the bread? Have you received God's forgiveness?

We never lose our loved ones. The accompany us; they don't disappear from our lives. We are merely in different rooms.

The cross is Jesus going into the very lair of death. He goes to meet head-on that which frightens us the most. And what does He do? He battles it. He engages it. And finally he conquers it.
